Efficient and professional!
Efficient and professional. My experience was great: large choice of car, quick delivery, and although it is a second hand car, it was in a pristine state. Above all, I appreciated the fact that the whole process was well-though, everything is smooth and quick. However, if you have questions, the customer support team is easily reachable and professional.

Truly amazing customer centricity
It's the 2nd time in 3 years time I become a customer and the buying experience was again amazing. I found the car I wanted on the website, it was 30% cheaper than if I would lease it somewhere else & even better : IMMEDIATELY available. The whole process was very transparant and I will again (!!) recommend Lizy to all my friends. Thank you Laurence and the rest of the team.

Practically impeccable experience
Practically impeccable experience from beginning to end, every promise was fulfilled, the team is super helpful, professional and truly great ambassadors for the Lizy brand. The car was delivered with an exceptional experience (won't spoil too much) and the only negative side - which is not even Lizy's fault - is when you realize other businesses don't match such a high level of customer service. If I could order the car just to feel this good again, I would, but it will have to be when the lease expires :D

First leasing experience for our company - would recommend!
It was the first time for us that one of our new hires would get a company car. Given that she would start in 4 weeks, we knew it would be pretty tight to have a car available on her first day.
Lizy's customer success team went above and beyond to make sure we'd have a car on day one - it took only 3 weeks between the first contact and the car being delivered.
Lizy's team also helped us out with some less obvious stuff that you need to arrange as a first-timer (especially without an experienced HR department): a car policy, for example.
The delivery with the bow-tie definitely added a lot of wow-effect to the onboarding cycle that we have for new employees - thanks team Lizy!
