The best sweet business out there. Always a large variety of sweets available. Emma and team will always do their upmost best to cater for specific requirements. Received my order on Saturday from the ladies and what an order it was. Packed well and the sweets and peanut brittle smelt amazing the bags were full to the top. Would not go anywhere else to get my sweets. Thank you Emma and sienna as always

i was a big fan of ljssweetz&giftz but after the way they treated me the other day (may 7th, 2026) for simply pointing out that two taylor swift songs were playing during their livestream and how i loved that as a swiftie, they left a bad taste in my mouth & it sucks 🙁 ....i really thought they were good people, but they're stuck up people who only care about selling their candy & don't care about their customers. also, i noticed everytime i watch their livestream on tik tok they always have an attitude & they're rude to the people commenting in the chat & when they reply back to the people in the chat, they're always sarcastic & rude. i don't care how good their candy is, that is NOT how you treat customers & talk to them.

As for the live steam your referring to, we was never rude to you regarding you comment on Taylor Swift songs playing, I simply said i don't like her songs, everyone opinion counts. Since the live stream though you have contacted members of staff on their personal social accounts, threating them and being abusive. You have also sent abusive messages on Instagram and Facebook and also via email, which i will insert at the bottom showing your behaviour. It is not normal to be abusive and threating and nor will i tolerate it.
We do look after customers but let me point out you haven't actually ordered from us

yeah ... i really thought that these people were good people, but i noticed everytime i watch her livestreams, sometimes she's really really nice but sometimes she has an attitude with the customers & is very sarcastic. sometimes she makes rude comments to people in the chat all because the person pointed out something 😒 like yesterday i pointed out that two taylor swift songs played during their livestream & how i love that as a swiftie & sienna was such a bitch about it, like such a bitch & so nasty, for no reason. these people think that just because they work at a candy shop they can talk to people however they want. how do they expect to sell their candy & gain followers & customers

Fantastic range of Sweet treats
Fantastic range of Sweet treats & personalised gifts, Excellent customer service from all the Team, highly addictive Live packing of the sweets, can watch for hours, always play a good play list in the background, I always recommend to everyone, and everyone i know who also purchase agree how tasty the sweets are. I always support local and small businesses, they also have a very prompt delivery and collection service.

Absolutely amazing sweet shop
Absolutely amazing sweet shop! From the moment you join the TikTok lives, Facebook group or WhatsApp channel, you’re made to feel so welcome. There’s so much customer interaction across all their social platforms and it really feels like one big friendly community.
The sweets are honestly the best on the market — always fresh, great quality and packed with care. The personalised items they offer are such a lovely touch too and really make them stand out from everyone else.
You can definitely tell Emma takes huge pride in her business, her team and most importantly her customers. Nothing ever feels too much trouble and the customer care is second to none.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing sweets and an even more amazing community
