We met Kelly over 5 years go and at the time she made sure the smooth transition, organising, liaising with other parties involved in the process of us buying our new home went well. At the time I remember vividly saying to Kelly we will see you again in 5 years time so you can help us to buy our forever family home and 5 years passed here we are again you delivered the most excellent full of effective communication and results service. Kelly and Jemima are extremely experienced , they have the most amazing peoples skills and are highly skilled in their craft. Jamie Jones was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Myself and my husband are both incredibly busy and these sorts of things usually take time to orchestrate, but he was proactive, reliable, incredibly efficient. I also like that he was never pushy or overbearing - he worked to our timelines and was very accommodating to our needs.

He's extremely knowledgeable in the areas we needed to know more detail on, and answered all our questions honestly, without any fluff.

We've already recommended him to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use LK financial again in future.

Once again Kelly has worked miracles. She has helped me through the whole process of remortgaging and transfer of equity (which I wasn't sure would be a viable option)

She is an experienced mortgage advisor too, we got our mortgage deal through her, she is very reliable and passionate about her work. I am rating them 6 star, but unfortunately I can't go above 5.

I honestly can’t recommend Kelly more highly! I was a first time buyer and had no idea what the process of buying a house involved. Kelly was so patient with me and took the time to talk through absolutely everything with me. I had two house purchases fall through before I was successful in purchasing my house and Kelly was there every step of the way to help and support me through it, offering advice and answering any questions I had. She kept me up to date throughout the whole process and went above and beyond with everything she did. Kelly took away all the stress of buying a house and made it such a positive experience. She really is the best of the best!

Lauren was great from start to finish switching over my mortgage. Very easy to communicate with and nothing was ever too much hassle!
