Great products and excellent customer service. Contacted this company on a Sunday morning via landline phone and didn’t expect it to be answered but it was promptly so! Both Ollie and Jane very helpful. My order was placed over the phone as the company have a glitch on their website. Ordered 2 x bow dining chairs which I believe are very reasonably priced in their sale. Both chairs excellent quality. One had very minor damage to a leg (a small chip) however Ollie swiftly offered a refund amount which I accepted. I am delighted with these chairs, they look great and are very comfortable.
Overall a very positive experience!

I ordered a corner laundry basket from DJS Lloyd Loom, it was swiftly delivered and very well packed to protect against damage. The item itself is great, and I’m happy with the overall service and value for money.

Failure to acknowledge or reply to emails. These are about purchasing products, not even a complaint. If they aren't bothered about selling, I don't guess they will be interested in sorting any problems out - so i will shop elsewhere. I have since discovered that these are impersonators, Lloyd Looms is the place to go

The first 4 barstool were painted so badly, I had to return them, but had to pay £60 to do so. The replacement chairs had one of them damaged as well. I was sent a paint pen to touch up the damage, which was a different colour…. Ollie at the company is very rude (and during one conversation hung up the phone!), so avoid this company, please!
