The company kept me informed about the delivery of the ring I ordered at all times. The only downside was that they did not have the item in stock so it was nearly 4 weeks until I received the item

I had approached two High Street jewellers before ordering from Lloyds. Neither could guarantee the piece within the two-week window I needed. Lloyds were able to supply same in less than a week. I received an email from Matthew Lloyd with details of the delivery shortly after a telephone call with him, in which he promised I would have the ring within the week. I received it today (within days). First-class service and delighted with the piece, which will now come on holiday in time.

Beautiful ring, beautifully packaged and arrived very quickly. I really appreciated having a dedicated sales contact from Lloyds, was confident if there was any issues with the size of the ring on arrival it would be resolved but it fitted perfectly!

Ordered a ring but had to wait 6 weeks whilst it was made. However upon receipt (actually a few weeks later as not opened until a birthday) needed a size smaller. Without fuss, Lloyds arranged an exchange which arrived the day after our return reached them. Excellent all round.

Matthew Lloyd is a pleasure to deal with. I previously purchased a wishbone ring from him to fit around my strange shaped engagement ring as an eternity ring. Several years later the wedding was happening! I went back to Matthew to see if he could customised a ring like my original wishbone ring but change the centre stone to a Ruby to go with our wedding theme. He accommodated this and it arrived today. I cannot thank this jewellers for going beyond to help we. Fully recommend

My husband recently purchased an engagement ring for our wedding anniversary from this family jewellers and it arrived within 48 hours and was very well packed on a postal tracking system.
We received an email from Mathew that if there were any problems or issues with anything just to get in touch with him.
The ring arrived and was of really good quality and was as described on there website and was beautiful.
I would definitely use this family business again and would recommend them as not only do they provide a good product they put the customer first.

Ordered a ring on Thurs and it arrived by priority post on Sat. Aquamarine ring is absolutely gorgeous. So pleased I found this company who have been fantastic. Family run business and it shows. I hope they continue to do well, they deserve to. I shall certainly use them again sometime in the future. Highly recommended.

A new engagement ring, slightly too big. Emailed Matthew Lloyd. Talked me through the options. Returned it and had a new size replacement within 24 hours of them receiving the one to be exchanged.
No hidden charges, no fuss, no anxiety for me.

At point of order was advised out of stock. Offered different sizes or wait of up to 8 weeks. Opted to wait and arrived well packaged in supreme condition. Lloyds family jewellers were very helpful throughout the whole process. Although ordered normal size, fitted snugly, so would advise to upsize on a ring of width.

Fast delivery and very helpful staff. Will be using their services again in the future. The products are also top quality.
