Sharon was incredibly helpful in showing me round and suggesting complimentary colours/cushions/rugs etc. Couldn't have been more helpful and didn't feel rushed at all. Very inviting showroom and made the whole process fun and enjoyable. Just right balance of friendly and helpful. Love that the staff are not on commission so you feel advice is not biased. Alan was so helpful with a sofa purchase. He wasn't pushy but offered alternatives and even after the sale spent time with me to get some ideas together on how the room colours could work in my house.
Not received the sofa yet, but so far, so excellent!

Your staff were helpful but relaxed and knew where the exact item we wanted to view was situated in the store. We were directed to where we could choose fabric and help was around when we needed it. There was a little confusion over scatter cushions which was easily resolved and the ordering process was simple.

Excellent service at the store. Only down side is -- delivery time is too long to wait.

Upsold expensive insurance for couch stains, but they fob you off to unresponsive third parties for months. All smiles when they are taking your money but don't care about customers when they leave the shop. Avoid

Great service really took time with us as we were unsure of which style of bed and mattress we wanted. Beautiful styles great choice of materials for the bed finishes. Could spend all of my pennies easily in Loaf:)
Prices were comparible with other nearby stores but the styles were so much more unusual and dramatic. Just waiting for delivery !!!! Excited

Very helpful non pushy help

Staff offered help but were not pushy, they were knowledgeable about the products, friendly and helpful.

Great showroom, zero pressure and excellent staff who are just there to be helpful. Excellent with kids and have thought about the small touches to keep them entertained. Great experience. Oh and the sofas are amazing!

Gorgeous furniture and excellent service. We were given as much time as we wanted. The service provided by Sam was efficient and we were not kept waiting at all long while he did the adminstration of our order. A pleasant experience all round and I am now very much looking forward to receiving the furniture.
