I visited loaf’s Notting Hill “shack” and received great customer service from the onset. They have a really good selection of sofa’s, beds and fabrics.

I looked online to buy my sofa from Spain. Then while I was in London I visited the shop in Ladbroke Grove. Arzouni spent about an hour with me discussing what I was after and what would fit my flat and set up. Very helpful and nice.

Exceptionally nice shop staff. Very helpful and knowledgable. I stupidly came to the shop after a dentist appointment, and when I felt unwell, they made me very comfortable and brought me cold water. Altogether a really positive experience, and great products too.
