Excellent customer service in Solihull
I would like to thank the manager of the Solihull branch for his excellent customer service. I have visited the store to purchase a sofa and accessories a couple of times now and I cannot tell you how helpful and welcoming all staff are, but particulary the manager, Peter (I think it was Peter - forgive me if I have the name wrong!). He is super knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure that customers feel valued. If Loaf give out staff awards, this guy deserves to be top of the list!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service! The customer team came back the next day in answer to my stock query regarding mattresses in their Solihull Shack. Then, when I visited the shack, the staff were amazing - welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Such a great experience - this brand really knows how to look after its customers, and the product is great quality.

As always whenever we visit the Solihull shack we are always met with a warmth and friendly welcome the staff they always go above and beyond with help and guidance we have to name drop - Pete -he has been an amazing help to us from start to finish when we purchased our cuddle muffin corner sofa he was always there to help us through the whole process including ordering an extra cushion for our sofa and was good to know he was a phone call away should we need him a credit to loaf and can’t thank him enough, we will be a returning customer to loaf for quality and design and are so happy with our sofa

Very well looked after
Very knowledgable staff, looked after our wellbeing with offers of bottled water biscuits etc. when our first choice sofa was not a fit for the doors helped us find something that would fit in our house and be good for the tall people in the family. It was nice to see our choices in the fabric on the computer.
