Great from St Albans, not so much on the phone
Good experience in the St Albans showroom. V helpful.
However, we booked a call to discuss our order but the representative did not join the video chat. We then got an email saying that they were sorry that we could not make the call! We had made arrangements to join the call and pretty disappointed that

St Albans in store experience
We visited the shack in St Albans. We found Rosalina, the sales assistant, to be extremely helpful and informative. She recommended suitably sized sofas, helped with fabric and colour choices and was super friendly. We came home , decided on our fabric choice and ordered our sofa on line . So happy we went to try out the sofas as we ended up picking a totally different sofa to the one we originally liked.

Staff at St Albans store were very helpful and knowledgeable. There guidance helped us to select the sofa which met our requirements. Subsequent discussion with telephone team was also excellent. All round first class from Loaf -yet again.

The staff at the St Alban’ s store were so helpful, in particular Rosina, and a young woman with curly hair, the week before. It was just the right mixture of friendly, helpful, informative and allowing time to choose. We look forward to receiving our purchase.
Only negative was not being able to call a specific store to follow up on viewings or to change a quote… generic phone number entailed longish call waiting times. It would have been great to be able to call the store direct.
