Great Service and delicious bread!

I have been using this service from Loaf.ly since the early days and have found the products to be delicious and the service to be excellent. You are kept informed if there are going to be any issues (inevitably for new business due to breakdown or supplier issues) and given an opportunity to make changes or some sort of compensation. Most established companies do not offer this level of customer service. All interactions with the loaf.ly team are dealt with professionally and responded to really quickly and they have been flexible with my requests. I regularly get the basics delivered (milk, juices etc) but have also started to try their growing range of products. Really looking forward to seeing how this company develops and their eco ethos continue to be a focus.

Excellent products and service, so pleased with the returnable bottles and cool-bag to cut out waste. Even with supply issues on one of my orders, a substitute was delivered and then the original order the following day.

I found loaf.ly from Google, as I was searching for a local “milkman”. To my surprise the service is really good, and the response to my emails were almost immediate. I would recommend this company to anyone local.

On top of that, the cakes and pastries were so good, and I can easily say it’s one of the best ones I’ve tried so far.

I love every product I have tried so far. Cinnamon buns and sugar donuts are my favorites.

Great service from Loaf.ly. I've ordered once, but I had requested a delivery day that wasn't available and didn't realise. Ben got in touch and had arranged for delivery for the closest day possible even if I was in the wrong. The products are lovely, feels much more eco friendly. The doughnuts are glorious.
