Wears well and has a nice feel
My last iPhone case lasted perfectly though I needed a new shape for my latest mobile. The feel is good (and by now familiar) and I’m delighted it isn’t plastic. Delivery was speedy and it was well packed in recyclable materials.

False advertising

I think it's worth telling the whole truth here. We made a mistake with a listing and sent the wrong item. We admitted that we'd made a mistake, explained what had happened and politely offered - twice - to fully refund. We received two fairly unpleasant emails refusing that offer in response. To claim it was false advertising is simply wrong.

Paint started peeling within days
The paint on the back of the case started peeling off within days and with normal use. It's chipped in a bunch of places. Very disappointing.

Good product and customer service
I really like the phone case itself but I especially found the customer service and communication were very good. I ordered from their website but they shipped me the phone case from their Amazon stock to make sure I had it in time for Xmas, they emailed me to let me know so I wasn’t confused.
