LoanBud was wonderful to work with. I applied for an SBA loan, and they were communicative, efficient, and clear and stayed with me during the entire process of getting approved and through the closing process. This was my first time applying for a business loan, and there are a lot of steps in the process. Yet Loanbud helped me get connected to the right lender and was in communication with me through the process. They were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend LoanBud!

I have never written a review before but this was above and beyond any experience I have ever received. Melissa Buehner is the best SBA advisor you could ever work with. Her communication is top notch. Her passion is small business. She was there to answer all my questions and worked us through every step of the process and I certainly communicated A LOT and she was always very pleasant. She literally saved our business and then came up with a game plan for our future growth and secured us 3 separate SBA loans and now we are setup for exponential growth and success. We could not have done this process without her and we owe her everything! If you need funding for your business, there is no one else better to help you succeed. Thank you for everything Melissa! We will be back!

I'm only giving the second star because I can't say anyone was ever rude to us. HOWEVER the organization, consistency in information given, and several failed attempts to stay in contact with folks in the organization makes me give loan bud this poor rating. I dealt with 3 different people who each gave me conflicting and different information after supposedly reviewing my entire loan profile only after months of continuing to reach out to them being told we were not a fit due to a 3 year old bk. No biggie. However since I'd been dealing with person number 1 since October 2022 and was finally told this by person number 3 in May of 2023 you can see why I might not recommend this company. Never-mind I had to continually reach out to get answers and got bounced to 3 different people who clearly didn't speak to each other so I had to repeat myself over and over again. We thankfully have a pre-approval with another SBA lender despite the information from Loan Bud but I wouldn't go to loan bud ever again.
