I was Assigned Angela Sharrett as my first point of contact for an SBA backed loan. She was and continues to be amazing. She worked literally around the clock to make it happen. After my experience With this company on the 8th I was able to speak with someone in management my concerns were solved however I was raised old school the first impression is always the best impression so still a 0 rating for me train your phone reps to create a vibrant outstanding professional conversation with all customers no matter what skin color he or she my think a person is it’s tacky to be in Cooporate America and dress in street fight clothing

I like that when my loan officer was not available to me and the senior loan officer ignored my calls, there were other members of the company that stepped in to help out. I had a rough experience because my closing date was changed several times (from June to August) and I was kept in the dark until the last minute about many things. This loan process became a part time job for me. Underwriting seemed to be completely disconnected from the company's employees.

Melissa is kind and on top of things. Last loan was a cluster, but eventually got done.

This loan was 'approved' and 'in the queue' 2 weeks ago after being told they were shooting to close before end of the year and still, nothing. No updates, no estimated closing/funding date...crickets.
