We explained our situation in advance of applying for a loan and were told it was no issue (we had filed an extension on our taxes). Loan Flight pulled our credit not once but twice and then denied us a loan due to not being able to pull tax returns when we explicitly told them this from the beginning. Would never recommend them.

Damian Thorpe was facts first and Bottom Line Up Front: Great. He gave me the best deal from the beginning so I was able to eliminate, Rocket, Loan Depot, Better, Axos and several others who struggled to come close as I shopped my deal. Though I had matching deals from lenders I'd previously done business with, Damian's no nonsense approach encouraged my trust. Once I locked my rate, the cash out value on my loan estimate dropped over 2k with no explanation or warning. Since no one chased me down to explain, I moved on to a company who has been more responsive. I requested but have not received a refund for the appraisal I paid for.

I have received great customer service from Damian. He has been readily available to answer all my questions and the submitting of documents has been very easy.

Until now everything has been excellent, good and fast service with Yosmel, I hope everything continues like this until the closing.

What I can tell you. Wow, that was fast. Great team, great job. They were ready to close my cash-out refinancing in 8 days from when I applied for a loan. The whole process was smooth and easy. The Loan Flight guys were helping me out heavily, informing me by texts almost every day about the status of my application and what is the next step. All my questions, worries, and requests were addressed by emails promptly. I even had to move my closing date farther because I wasn’t ready for such a fast approach. The LoanFlight granted my request to close my loan at my residence on the day of my choice. I would like to say Thanks to my Loan Officer Yosmel Romero, Processing Coordinator Angela Perez, Closer Adelina Hidi, Loan Processor Omar Andujar, Employee Success Manager Paige DeCosta, and other LoanFlight folks for making me happy.
