Loans 2 Go took a payment of £97.78 via Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) when there were no funds in my account forcing me into an unarranged overdraft for four days until my wages arrived.
I am currently on Statutory Sick Pay due to illness. This is my only income.
When I contacted them to explain my financial hardship and request a refund, they offered only 50% back. Despite being aware that I cannot afford food or basic essentials, they refused a full refund and advised the partial refund would take up to five working days to process.
They can take money instantly, but apparently need five days to return it.
My complaint has now been escalated, yet I have been left with no money for essentials while they “investigate” for up to 8 weeks.
This is not what you expect from an FCA-regulated lender with a duty of care to customers in financial difficulty.

Easy application process and fast deposit great service

Avoid this one. Interest rate is massive. You are paying triple back. Look else where if you are needing a payday loan to tie you over until pay day from work. Alot cheaper about with less interest

Terrible service say they can help then decline your loan. So much for one of their values in putting customers first. All words and no help or action.

There where from the start and helped in every way, I would get another loan off them.
