Third Review after Third Time Purchase made possible again by Daniel Venpin and Catherine Cruz. Great experience once again with refinance of existing property to release equity and use that towards the new one. Daniel takes time to listen and his recommendations are always great. I was on a tight timeline to settle, Danielle and Catherine were able to secure finance in a very short period and bring the settlement forward by a few weeks. Two of my Friends have also reached out and have been helped by Daniel over 2025, one is keeping cool in her new pool while the other started his own cheesecake shop and kicking financial goals! I have worked with Daniel and the team 2 times now and it was a great experience both times. Daniel worked very hard behind the scenes to find me loan options - even with a relatively poor credit score and then an improved credit score this time around. His due diligence allowed me to apply for a loan with knowledge that I would get it rather than apply and hope for the best.
Overall, it was an easy and seamless process as far as loan applications go and I won't hesitate to work with Loanscope again in the future and would definitely recommend them if you're looking for loan options - and knowledge of whether you qualify or not.. rather than making numerous applications hoping for a positive outcome.

Before meeting Daniel on a recommendation from a friend, I was a proponent of "do your own research" (DYOR). Over a few months, I understood that it's a painful journey unless you have some allies or trustworthy people around you.

This is what Daniel did for me:

He made me aware of options with pros/cons while still not forcing an agenda or a provider on me. He did it multiple times and also provided me with reports on numerous properties.

He was transparent about the commission from the get-go and his legal/ethical responsibility to provide me with a suitable loan product.

Having a curious customer can be annoying for a service provider as there are many questions and delays before an outcome can happen. Daniel serviced my queries timely and without hesitation for over a year before I found the house I wanted to buy.

I have my property, and I'm continuing to stay in touch for any changes to my loan that I might need in the future. I'd rather deal with Daniel and his team than with the banks.
