Working with Ana, Airlie and Emmanuel from Loanscope has always been a pleasure. We engaged them 3 years ago when we took out our first home loan. It was such a positive experience that we had to come back to them when we decided to refinance. Their process is pain free but very thorough. They took our current and future financial situations into account and have provided the best advice based on the current market. Emmanuel is very knowledgeable and experienced with the financial markets and if you are willing, he will take you on a deep dive into the inner workings. Once we decided on the home loan package Airlie and Ana walked us through the multiple steps completely pain free. I highly recommend Loanscope, if you are in the market for a loan, you will do yourself a disservice to not give them a go.

My experience with Loanscope has been nothing short of exceptional. I just bought my first investment property interstate which proved to be a challenging experience. The conveyancer's apparent lack of due diligence added to this challenge. If it was not for the patience, professionalism, and availability of Daniel Venpin at Loanscope the settlement would not have eventuated to a successful conclusion. Daniel made himself available as needed, and tended to all issues as they arose. He provided me with guidance, support and alerted me to all concerns as needed, alerting me to respond to documents in a timely manner. Furthermore, now that settlement has been completed, he has extended his services to guide me through the management of my loan and offered to review my loan structure on an ongoing basis.
