Went to the location at 8307 E State…
Went to the location at 8307 E State Route 69, Prescott Valley at around 4:15pm, about 2 weeks ago. Large man, about 6 foot, 275lbs with little, jagged teeth had a crappy attitude. I said I need Az title and plates because I just moved from out of state. He says what certification of ownership do you have or something similar, worded in a convoluted fashion. I said what? He repeated it and then I realized he meant do I have the title? I said yes but I forgot to bring it. I knew from the hours listed on the window that they closed at 5:30pm so I said I'll be right back with it.
I went home and got the title and got back there at about 5. He was standing in the doorway propping the door open with his body, talking to some guy and the inside lights were off. As I approached, he said sorry we're closed. I glanced at the hours on the window to the side of the door and he said their computers had been running slow all day so "the owner" shut them off and I'll have to come back some other time in a sucks to be you kind of tone. I said you're supposed to be open until 5:30. He said sorry and shrugged his shoulders. I said you got a great attitude you know that? I said this is my day off and I wanted to take care of this. He was like, whatever, dude.
Most unprofessional attitude I've seen in a long time. This guy should find another job in a non customer service position. I will never be back!
