the real fraud!!!!while you are panicking to find your lost or stolen phone, these guys are making money on you!!!!!This company has to go to JAIL and has to be treated like a cyber criminals!!!!they are literally stealing money from your bank accounts!!!i was lucky and was feeling something, so making that small free trial payment i used debit card that usually doesnt have a lot of money, 5-10$ max. So they are trying to take money but there is no more money and soon i will just change this bank account at all!!!

4th March 2024 for £21.11 I did not agree for this money to be taken out of my bank account I do not like being scammed do not try to take money out of my bank account.

This is a total scam where they dangle the usd 0.82 fee to sign up and once you sign and input your credit card on the notion of charging 0.82 -they will immediately swipe the $49 usd without your consent. This scam needs to be stopped and if anyone has any info on the location of the business, it needs to be raise to the authority of the region so that they can block the business.

Fraud!!! Sign on for trial and they start taking money from you on a monthly basis. You send numerous emails and no replies and no one answers the calls. It's a fraudulent company. No way to cancel the subscription and zero acknowledgement or responses.

That's a scam.They are cheating you.They do not help you find your phone and than they start to deduct money from your account without any warning or explanation.

They took the money from the overdraft and do not return it! I do not want to use their services, I wrote immediately, but they act outside the law!

After you get to test it and pay for it, they automatically charge you the next day $50, saying that is what you signed for, which is not true. Their info is misleading and scam. I do not recommend the service. Their customer service is keeping my money for days finding new reasons not to refund it. It's been five days now since I asked for a refund.

Haven't start to use the services, and get charge USD 50.

The sign in never works, password reset never works.

Had to cancel credit card to prevent further monthly charges. If you want an out of this, just cancel credit card immediately.

This is the service localize provide.
1. User enter the phone number of the phone u wish to locate.
2. Localize will sends a text to that phone.
3. Whoever hold the phone need to tap a link
4. localize tells you where the phone are if someone tap the link
5. You gain peace of mind. (haha)

Which means if you wish to locate your lost phone, u might as well just call or text to whoever hold the phone and ask where they are.

The whole service were package as if it can magically locate your lost phone, by provide the 'above service'

This is indeed a scam. Even when the subscription is registered as successfully ended within the trial period they will keep charging you. Evasive and unhelpful customer service.
