SCAM! Was suppose to be trial 89 Cents But was charged $49.8, and continue every month! You cant cancel they ignore you!

A REAL BAD SCAM! THEY SEND YOU A MESSAGE, ACCEPT CANCELLATION, BUT THE NEXT MONTH TAK $49 OUT YOUR ACCOUNT! LUCKELY MY BANK DECLINED IT.!!

I paid to use one day and cancelled 1 hour later, they charged me £49 from my account, the app doesn’t work and I did not authorise them to charge anything from my account, I want my refund.

THEY ARE SCAMM. I've sent them 100s of emails for my refund as i was charged $73 (AUD) and their website said I could get a refund but no f****g person is replying to my email and its soooo annoying like gimme my money backk!

Believe all the bad reviews you see about these people. The first time you sign up it only charges around $1 but after the trial ends they will charge $50 which is not the amount you knew about. Save yourself the trouble, save yourself the stress and just use Google Find My Phone to track your device. If you don't find it it's gonna suck but what's worse is being scammed by a site that promised to help you.

This company allows you to create an account but then locks you out behind a paywall, you cannot delete the account because your unable to login.
When you message them and ask them to delete your account they tell you that they can't find it.
Look at the positive reviews, Localize.mobi are clearly creating shill accounts to post positive reviews.

I have only good comments about localize.mobi's service. I was worried because I thought the haven't received my request but it was just a matter of a couple of days to be completely solved by them. Very serious people, I recommend them.

they charged me for the trial period twice 40 euros and then every month 60 euros without my consent even though I do not use the application and they did not accept the payment and I did not receive any confirmation. i want my money back!!!!! what to do ????? 200 euros for nothing!!!!

Localised Mobi is a scam.They debit account without authority yet you can not get location of phone.

They refuse to refund.

Bad service and if you ask for a refund they decline. Does not allow the option to unsubscribe.This is more than a SCAM instead of helping people solving their problem. Got charged 17$ while subscribed to 2$ package.

bullsiht site doesnt do what it says and is a waste of space, joined free trial and then cancelled 3 mins later yet a day later they took $76.28 from my account , so i cancelled again via email and on site and what ya know 4 days later they took another payment for same amount??? like What the Heck! i emailed and emailed and get some generic bullsthi reply and no refund as they say "I didnt cancel" ...load of rubbish as i did numerous times. VERY PISSED OFF and Furious

SCAM ! says it costs like $2 for the service, (doesn’t work that well, requires someone to find the phone and access it to allow location services on their website). Obviously I didn’t read the fine print when I was panicking trying to find my phone. Just got charged 74$ for the subscription.

This is a complete SCAM, they say that they have located the phones and that they sent me a message to my phone confirming the location of the answer. I did not receive an answer. Seeing that, I requested tracking again with the same numbers and they charged me COP$245,000. They found nothing.

What a shame of company. Hopefully they progress as much stealing and their karma doesn't make them victims later.

The Localize mobi is not true is a scam, they deducted my money double.
1.they said iam on trial within a day they took my money and charge for the service rvices which we did not agree upon.

2.They do not render services they want your account, and all the documents then they will take the money and leave you frustrated.

3.They respond like they care but they wont assist you, they are just buying crowds to follow them, thinking that they are genuine.

4.I warn the world to be very careful of Localize mobi, they are scaming people and stealing their monies.They dont offer what they are promising in the internet

100% pure scam. Does not work, and within the next few hours my credit card rang up a list of fraudulent transactions throughout Europe. Fortunately, my credit card has 2-factor authentication and the f#cktards failed.

Do not try this webapp. Yesterday I tried it in Philippines and it's not even working, the messages haven't been sent. Only the voice message and it's totally useless. Wait you guys until I file a case against you. Yesterday It wasn't working!!! And yet today you deducted money on my account? Luckily the money doesn't contain full of it. And lack money. Screw you guys. How could you even do this sh**t happen? I need to refund the money coz it's not worth it. It didn't even work. I didnt even located my husband to where he is. Scam. No mention that this was going to cost any more than under a dollar and then charged my bank account $70.00

I wish I could have given no stars at all. I signed up for the trial run to locate my husbands lost mobile, & wasn't able to locate it with this service. Less than 24 hrs & they charged my bank account. They declined my request for refund on the same day I was charged, even when I told them it didn't work & I won't be using it again. Very unhelpful & inconsiderate. Don't even use for a trial period, you're wasting your time.

AVOID!! FRAUD !! SCAM
Cancelled my subscription after two or three days of having it, it then said it would not charge me further. I asked for a refund as the thing doesn’t even work. Then refused until they ended up agreeing to sending me HALF of my money back, went on to my banking a few days later to see they had sent me £21 back but THEN straight away took £41 out of my account, bare in mind I downloaded this thing 6 days prior to this so it wasn’t even a monthly thing they literally stole my money! Bank are aware of them and I would advise anyone and everyone to report this company.
