Ordered in October and still waiting…
Ordered in October and still waiting for my delivery. It was finally dispatched but is sitting in a Royal Mail depot and not out for delivery. I’ve contacted sender twice for assistance, but without any luck. Then today I get a post office note asking for £3.50 fee, because they have a parcel that the sender did not pay the full postage on. Guess what? It is this company. Very poor customer service and a very slow dispatch. Now I have to pay this fee to get my items!! Not happy at all. What a shoddy service. Never again!

Takes forever to arrive
Waited around 2 months for my daughters leaver jumper to arrive, no communication to say it was going to take that long. Was a waste of money, got to use it once.
Once it finally arrived the names of children were also missing letters
