Would not recommend this company unless you want to be waiting a while for orders!! Seems like a company that takes on more then they can handle.... due a leavers hoodie and still not received it and my son leaves friday.... I rang and got lied to by one of the staff members!! Absolute s**t show!!

Do not recommend. Slow service still don't have leavers hoody and my child leaves school on Friday!
Slow service, deadline dates keep being pushed back, the company blames school and the school blames the company! It was the same last year and school was blamed therefore this year I ordered early and paid extra for delivery but still have not received the item and it has been over 2 months now. I have sent emails and it's just excuse after excuses. Defo would NOT recommend. my child finishes school in 3 days and doesn't have his leavers hoody to wear!! It's ridiculous

The service has been very slow, we're very disorganised and low staffed at the minute. I can confirm we don't want to blame the school. It's on us for making assumptions about process.

The company were willing to listen to constructive criticism, review their initial club colours and understand frustrations caused by excessive delays in supply.
They must address staffing problems and reduce production times to those quoted in their web site. Quality of materials and workmanship however we're excellent.

Poor communication on delayed…
Poor communication on delayed completion of jobs. Extremely long wait times from order to delivery. No one answers the phone or calls back, web chat doesn't work. Payment is up front and we have waited 2 months to be told items have yet to be delivered.

Design your own snood
I was dubious about the snoods given that everywhere else was more expensive so I expected lower quality or my design to come out rubbish. But I was SO wrong. Haven't yet been through the wash so can't say what happens to the colouring but so far absolutely DELIGHTED.
