Just fetched our knives back after having them sharpened. They're terrific! Grateful to have them back better than new.

Kitchen Knife Sharpening

I went there to have my knives sharpened and they were quick, affordable, and most importantly, the knives came back wonderful!

Thanks!

Excellent Service, Knives Well Sharpened!

The place where I formerly took my knives to be sharpened closed. I googled "knife sharpening in Greater Boston" and found Didrik's in Cambridge. I took three of my five knives there, and they were ready in 48 hours. The sharpening was beautifully done, and the knives were (almost!) better than new. I had them sharpen my other two knives, also! I highly recommend their service. The sales staff was warm, cordial, and helpful. All good!

I had my knife sharpened at Local Root …

I had my knife sharpened at Local Root in Newton--fabulous outcome--cutting tomatoes was a whole new experience--always my test of a knife's sharpness. I felt like I had a tutorial in knife care. The customer service was excellent--very accommodating and friendly. Park in the parking lot and take a walk on the pedestrian bridge to dam--so lovely--
Overall a most pleasant experience

2 high quality kitchen knives excellently sharpened.

2 high quality kitchen knives.

I dropped those knives off to be sharpened. I returned a few days later, and took them home. I used them immediately and was quite pleased. The knives sliced easily and cleanly through meat, tomatoes, sandwiches and many other items. I could not be more pleased and will return again and again when these knives require resharpening. First-rate service, fair price, highest level of resharpened knives. What more would one want!
