Not Customer oriented!!

I believe this business does not focus on making the customer happy. It focuses on how much money it can make. The staff is not helpful. The majority of them are cold & uncaring. if you attempt to let them know how you feeling, they immediately become defensive and make excuses for their behavior. Never saying I apologize. the manager or owner of this store is not customer oriented. Unfortunately, this is the closest UPS store to my house and I use it for Amazon returns, but I think I will drive the extra mile and try Staples and see if they are any better.

This is the 793 Tracy blvd location in Tracy, CA.

Consistently disappointing service

Consistently disappointing service. In my experience this UPS Store does not follow basic package-security procedures—including requiring signatures for valuable deliveries. A recent package of mine went missing after staff failed to check ID or secure the shipment, and when I reported it the promised video review never happened until the footage was already gone.

Attempts to reach management were unhelpful; I was repeatedly told the owners were unavailable and no contact information was provided.

Based on these repeated issues, I cannot recommend this location for anyone needing dependable package handling or responsive management. Other UPS Stores I use follow proper safeguards, so I suggest choosing a different branch until major improvements are made.

No Structure or Oversight

Ever wonder why a UPS store will charge you $65 to ship a 3 pound box? Because there is no pricing structure that the franchises are required to follow! They are free to charge whatever they want. This is especially the case with the #5907 store in Mt. Airy, MD. I have an item I am trying to get shipped to me. They know I'm in a bind, so the fee is 300% higher than prices I am quoted online. Beware! Use any other shipping method whenever possible.

37 dollars for a BOX...made of cardboard

Have you ever paid 37 actual dollars for a box? No. I mean just the cardboard. Well, if you've ever been curious what that is like, just stop by a UPS Store! Today I went to return an Amazon item at UPS. My item was 32x16x4. So, basically, needing a flat rectangular box, not terribly large. Well, UPS had one, and it was literally $37 dollars!$40.46 after tax. Since I had to return this item today, my hands were kinda tied. I had to dish out the dough for CARDBOARD! CAAAARDBOARD! Forty whole dollars!
Way to really screw your customers, UPS. Literally never using your services again. Thanks

Is this honest?

Still waiting for the $320 refund due from a package that was suppose to be overnight delivery... or at least we're told that it would go out that day and arrive the next day it didnt arrive until the 3rd day. THEY kept refusing to refund the money. They said we didn't turn it the complaint unti the 15 day allowance. Nowher in the store or any paperwork was this communicated, let alone irally. That is wrong. It turns out that wasn't even shipped on the day that was promised. So, I think that it was your store 6305 that is responsible. People need to know that this is the way they do business. The store is #6305 UPSSTORE in Morganton, North Carolina

UPS Exceptional Customer Service

Went to the UPS store at 13720 Old St Augustine Rd.
Jax. Fla. 32258 to get a quote for shipping items. The young man named Youssef was beyond helpful.
From helping us unload our packages to providing us with quotes he went above and beyond customer service.

$1 an Inch for tape?

I took 2 open packages (shipping bags) to a local store in Eastvale, CA for a return to QVC. I had a QR code for the return. I was shocked when the clerk told me there would be $4 charge for EACH package to tape them closed. That never happened before yesterday! I was also told if I needed a 3rd plastic bag, the charge would be $8! These charges are seriously ridiculous! I figured it cost me about $1 an inch and 3 seconds of her time. I'm sorry, but this is just sheer greed as far as I'm concerned!

I left this store feeling completely…

I left this store feeling completely humiliated. The woman behind the counter was unbelievably rude and talked to me like I was stupid just for asking a basic question. Zero patience, zero professionalism. I’ve never had an experience this bad at any UPS location. What’s worse is suddenly a bunch of 5-star reviews started popping up? Feels like they’re trying to bury real customer experiences. Yikes.

Never use this store if you want…

Never use this store if you want anything notarized. A simple normal document to notarize my signature nothing unusual. The girl who called me mommy said she was uncomfortable notarizing it. I asked her why she was uncomfortable notarizing it and she said she did not have to tell me. Very weird. I don't normally use this location but I made the mistake of stopping in again.

Could not find my address was their…

Could not find my address was their explanation. Mine is I don't live in Houston where they were trying to deliver. Then it was "we need an apartment number" but I live in a house, clearly marked. I stayed on the phone with a woman I could just barely understand for a good 40 minutes to be told someone would call me within 21 hours. Couldn't find their ...

Horrible Manager

I have been a loyal UPS customer and mailbox holder for over four years as a business owner. Occasionally, when I pick up my packages, one or two may be accidentally left out of the bag. Typically, when I call to report a missing package, it's located shortly after.

However, a few days ago, I experienced a more serious issue. I picked up over 15 packages, and when I got home and sorted through them, I noticed one was missing—an item from Nordstrom. I immediately called the store multiple times but received no answer, so I left a voicemail. Unfortunately, no one returned my call.

When I came in to pick up my next round of packages, I informed the staff about the missing item. I was told I had already picked it up. I explained that the Nordstrom package was not among the ones I received. The store manager, Torrance, reviewed the security footage and told me, “The picture shows you with the package.” I responded that none of the packages in that photo were from Nordstrom and asked how he could identify the sender from a general image. Despite my concerns, he stated he would not take any further action.

As a long-time customer, I find this response extremely disappointing and unacceptable. It feels as though I’m being dismissed without a proper investigation. I take this matter very seriously and will not be renewing my mailbox. Additionally, I intend to pursue this issue until I receive a resolution. I believe there is a serious issue with package handling or possible theft that must be addressed.

Severely damaged on arrival

Employee 181311 argued with me about how to package. I had shipped an antique radio transceiver, but did not stay to observe how they packaged it, supposing they knew what they were doing. They did not. My package arrived severely damaged. Now I owe the buyer a $475 refund.
