The Locauto Group team - Bari Centrale Station was extremely efficient, kind, attentive, and competent. They were especially sensitive to a difficult situation my family was going through and helped resolve what was within their reach. They will be remembered for their empathy and effectiveness. I highly recommend them, especially when compared to some of the nearby rental companies.

Very good
We didn't have a reservation, but we still received a car. They are very fast, explain everything to you, and we were able to return the car at the airport without any hassle. Price is OK.

Check in was quick and super efficient at Bari rail station. Compared to the other tw companies the staff were so much more competent. Check out at a different location at Bari airport was even better. Making it very stress free and a no hassle experience.

Debit card rental
We rented the car with a debit card. The experience was great from start to end - thanks to the staff from locauto (Davide). Price was fair and everything was uncomplicated. Fast pick up and return (only 10 min max). Car was new and great. 10/10

Great service experience
I would totally recommend! The experience was smooth, without any issues, and quick, even though we hadn't booked a vehicle in advance. Everything was explained meticulously, and there were no fine print to be wary of. If you want a way to get outside Bari and visit nearby places, then look no further. I would, however, recommend to making a booking in advance, especially during the busy seasons.
