Excellent job Locauto team of Bari Central station office.

Everything was perfect, the service is top notch and fast. I made the reservation through the Locauto app and on the spot I just signed the electronic contract, and in 5-10 minutes the car was delivered to me. I recommend them with both hands.

I was looking for a car to rent with particular dimensions. They were very helpful, fast and well coordinated.
I highly recommended them.

The service in Bari was Very bad and not trustfull.
Without any consultation, the return time was determined to be much later than it actually was, and a lot of extra money was debited from the credit card.
We prooved this to be wrong by photo’s and screenshots but The Office insisted by putting a new time for delivery also without any information in advance.
So DON’T go there.

Seamless vehicle pick up and drop off.

Agent at desk did not explain excess at all. had to ask. People should be advised they can take insurance out for excess.

It was difficult to find the office due to road construction in front of the car rental office. Picking up and dropping off the car was easy and they were polite.

The car rental company wrongly charged me for an “extra day” even though I returned the car neatly on time. Customer service is terrible, and I’m told I have to send an email. They take my money first and then want to handle it via email, and I have to wait three weeks. I strongly advise everyone not to rent a car here.

Everything went ok. Car was very good, no problems.

I was provided with a nice Audi which was very comfortable and received accurate instructions from the locauto agent at pickup.

The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The car was impeccable and in excellent condition.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the check-out was even faster and easier.

I also appreciated that they did not pressure me into purchasing additional insurance from the rental company, unlike some other car rental agencies in Italy. The whole experience was transparent, honest, and customer-focused.

I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them.

Great car, great price, great staff, no issues what so ever

Everything with a rent of the car was very easy and fast. The guy (Davide) that attend us was very polite and explicate us everything necessary. It was a big plus that he is speaking also spanish that was very helpfull.

The positives are the location is just next door to the train station and easy to locate. They did have a car available for my reservation. It was a change from what I reserved but not a downgrade so that was fine.
The negatives- the car had not been cleaned and had debris from the last rental, dirty carpets and dirty exterior.
The pick up was a bit odd, you get the paperwork done in the office then maneuver your luggage and away from the station, down a busy street and to a corner by dumpsters where the attendant pulled over crooked and left us the car.
Upon returning, you park in a city garage and then walk about 5-10 min back to the station with your luggage.
It would be worth considering adding a curbside pick up and drop off option at additional cost. We certainly would have chosen that upgrade.

Very smooth rental experience. The car was almost new and the process very simple. We took the car from the Central Station in Bari and the staff was very helpful.

Excellent attention and prices

The rent process was fast and easy. My only set back was that I mentioned to the agent multiple times that I wanted to decline collision and all insurance options because my Credit car has already a coverage for that. He say to me “Don’t worry”. The funny thing is that when I check the invoice, the agent added basically everything that I told him I didn’t need. Even I got charge for some kind of insurance that was under the title of “don’t worry”… this affected my loyalty and experience. I’m not going to fight for the charges but neither comeback.
