Great car, nice service and staff
Was a nice, not complicated experience regarding the car itself! You just have to find Parking 4 (P4) at Catania airport, it’s 8 to 10 min walk and he had construction works going on back then so it wasn’t too easy.
The staff is great!

Quick rental procedure - no problems
Quick rental procedure.
Please be careful with credit card used, because for security reasons some banks hide CVV, or move it to the bank application - in that case you cannot use this card in Locauto. If you do not have any other card you will not rent a car. Generally everything was very fast, limited procedures, when you will back a car, just park it and wait few minutes for stuff, really worth to use this company.

Used Locauto many times. Excellent as always. The staff are always very helpful.
Not quite as competitive price wise during August but they are my first choice if price permits.

Great cars, great service, no credit card guarantee
Helpful staff, gave all the details upon pick up, no credit card guarantee, offered better car for a little extra. I prepaid the fuel and it was proven a correct move in the end.

Full insurance option. Office open to late hours. Competitive pricing. In my opinion best option. My flight was delayed but they wait for me after office was closed.

Arrival after midnight was not a problem, near location to airport terminal, no hidden fees, no pushing to pay for some extra insurance, helpful and willing approach, no need of credit card, new and clean car
