Very good that they accept debit cards. Easy process to get the car too.

Great service, no fuss collecting the car. No hidden payments, got the no worries package and it was all a 'no worry' experience. They explain about the local zoning and how to navigate it. Very happy with my car and experience, would definitely use them again.

The person telling at pick up diesel was full then it was less then 1/2 tank upon returning asked me if it was full again I returned with 3/4 , also not telling where to park instead made me move it just not happy with all the money I paid

Check in with as a breeze and the young lady was very friendly and helpful as was the person who handed the car off to us.

Return was also easy and again the person who checked us out was very friendly.

Great location - super-close to the Firenze SMN train station and easy to find. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and fun and lovely. Easy to pick up the car and drive off with no delays, and the same when we returned it. One of the best car rental experiences we've ever had! Thank you!

Excellent service. Staff go above and beyond to help their customers. Had a great conversation both on the phone before my trip and when picking up my car in the Firenze Train Station office.

The pick-up, drop-off, and the vehicle itself were all excellent. However, I was very disappointed by the level of service when we collected the car.

As soon as we started driving, the vehicle warned us that the AdBlue would run out in about 80 km and needed to be refilled urgently. On top of that, the windshield washer fluid was completely empty.

Instead of simply starting our trip, we first had to find a place to refill both ourselves. In my opinion, customers should only have to refuel the car before returning it. Things like AdBlue and washer fluid are basic maintenance items and should be checked and topped up by the rental company before handing over the vehicle.

Having to deal with this immediately after collection was frustrating and not the level of service I would expect.

Gave us a bill for damage that was not present when we dropped the car off. They will not send photos and it’s one of the worst rental companies I’ve ever rented from. Do not use these people.

Hotel arranged drop off and pick up and car rental made every step so simple. Car was very nice and exceeded our expectations. Thankful hotel has such a good working relationship with car rental and made it seamless, no worries. Communication with car rental was also very good and simple

Everything went great, new car.
Only in Florence we had to wait about one hour to get a car, because on Monday morning, at 12.00 there were only one Locauto woman behind the counter, and about 15 people waiting.
Location is good, but on Google Maps it shows not the office, but the garage on the neighbour street, so please double check
