It was very difficult to find the return location at Milano Centrale. Unfortunately, I missed my train to Roma because it took me too long to finally find it. Also, your office at the train station was already closed at 8:30 PM and thus I was not able to get directions to your parking.

Bad experience In Milano airport
In Milano airport, they tried to sell me much more insurance coverage even when I said I had already a total insurance. Also they gave me a car of a lower category - I booked a Peugeot 2008 and received a Audi A3. They also did not explain what taxes I will pay in returning the car in Bérgamo, at the airport . Also, when checking out when I asked for help they treated me very badly, as they were doing a great favour .

It's not my first time to rent with your company
This time when they call it the car there are no inspections even there are many different which is not mentioned on the contract
But when I return it that is strict inspection the agent mentioned all old defect
When are you talk with him he said everything is okay but when I received a closed contract I found many defects mentioned

Extremely helpful
We had been scammed by Rentalcars.com and Nogellaire and could not hire the car we pre booked. Locautorent was brilliant. At last minute they had a car for us to hire and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The cost was reasonable given the last minute rental.

Saved me 2 hours vs competition
Went with Locauto because the line for my Budget reservation was 2 hours long. Got out of there in 15 minutes. Drop off in Genova was fast & easy.
