Everything was smooth, they helped to get process completed quickly. The only thing is car pickup is some where in the corner, takes time to reach.

Was given a lovely Alfa Romeo
Was given a lovely Alfa Romeo, very clean and modern. Collecting and dropping off at the airport was a huge bonus. All the staff were very friendly, especially when we dropped the car back. Couldn't have been nicer!

Dishonest behaviour
Reservation made by booking.com but refused by Locauto at the desk for unclear reason. No refund given. I had to rent the car again for double price at the desk.
