The guy at the office who gave the car was wonderful. Great service. Laughing face. Made all the procedure very light and nice.
Also the lady at the airport office was very noce and helped in everything I asked.

Easy process. The car was new and drove well. It had everything we needed including apple car play. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The car they gave was very good and reliable. We didn't face any problem with their car. Customer Service is wonderful and everyone were very good at what they do. Their office time is also great and open from early office to late night which is very convenient for customers. I would prefer them if I happen to take car in Italy again.
