The car they gave was very good and…
The car they gave was very good and reliable. We didn't face any problem with their car. Customer Service is wonderful and everyone were very good at what they do. Their office time is also great and open from early office to late night which is very convenient for customers. I would prefer them if I happen to take car in Italy again.

Friendly and Efficient Service
Friendly and efficient service both on collection and drop off. My Italian is lacking but staff were happy to converse in English. Great selection of cars and choice of location.

I liked the fast service - the reception and delivery of the car. The presence of Russian-speaking employees. Convenient location of the office in the center of Milan, on a quiet street next to the metro.

Honestly, it's bad. We tried to communicate with you a lot, but the exchange number does not respond. We also chose a German car with an automatic gearbox, but we got a different car, that is a manual gearbox. This is just me, and I hope for success.

Locauto Milan and Bologna
The phone number of Locauto Milan (Via Sebastiano del Piombo, 3, 20149 Milano MI, Italy) is not responding at any time.
The car is offered with apple-car play - but it is not working.
I have return it to Bologna airport. From the office give me the address of the returning point - but it was not correct. I have lost 1 hour finding the returning point. It would be easy if they made the GPS location of the website accurate.
And finally I had to write an explanation for hail spots (impressions) all over the car - there was a hail storm in Milan 2 days before I took the car. So it is not during my rental time.
There ware no other cars to chose from.
I give 1 star just because there was a car.

I arrived at the branch and they immediately welcomed me. They worked efficiently and quickly. I asked for a small automatic car, and the agent said they had it and everything was fine. We told him we would pick up the car in 3 hours. He showed me the car and that everything was fine. After 3 hours we arrive to pick up the vehicle, and to my surprise I see that it is a vehicle with a manual transmission, and not as he said it is an automatic as I requested. I immediately went to the branch and the agent who hired me was not there. And I had no way to check the matter with him. And the agent who was there thought I was joking and that I was lying to him. Because he said that all small vehicles are only manual. And after he checked the car and saw that I didn't drive it and that I was telling the truth, he upgraded me to an automatic car without any extras.
