I booked a car for pick up at the airport, but it turned out to be an office at the other side of the city. The car was at least two years old and scratched, but was ok. Very nice staff, and the price was good.

Great staff.. they were very supportive and punctual in meeting all requests. Naples office even went to help on with car change due to the size of our luggage’s. They kept on following up until it was all sorted out. A big shout out to Evelin from Naples office for her assistance

Don't be fooled into using cars from this company Locauto. The advertised deposit of 0.01 eur when renting a car is actually quite expensive. I was charged 94.36 eur for adding 16 liters of fuel to the tank, provided that the car was returned with a full tank. When I asked for evidence, they started by assuring me that everything was as they presented it. In one of the emails they sent me information that the car was handed over to me when I rented it with a full tank of 34/50, and when I returned it I handed it over with a tank of 35/50. This cannot be true, because the gas station where I filled the tank to the top is 12 km from Naples Airport. When I dropped off the car, the dashboard showed a remaining range of 730 km, and it showed the same when I picked up the car.After I wrote to them that the information they provided showed that I had returned the car with 1 liter more than when I picked it up, they replied that it was a technical error. I asked them to provide me with criteria for measuring the fuel, as well as some visible evidence that the car was missing 16 liters, and they stopped responding. Without me having the right to defend myself, they charged me 94.36 euros from my card.

Picking up the car was very fast, the car was new and clean, everything was great. For overnight return, a key box needs to be installed.

The process to reserve was great, Evelyn was such a great professional. When we got to the officce to pick the car in Fuorigrotta, there was just 1 lady, I thibk she was quite new because she didn't know a lot of things (she kept asking in the phone), etc.. Once we got the car (1 hours later waiting at the office), everything was fine until some pieces began to fall apart... the lateral door was broken the same day we go the car, and we almost had an incident with my 89 facther since one piece felt appart... It was cheaper that other companies, but sometimes it's better to pay more and stay relaxed in your holidays....

The worst car rental company I have ever seen.
They ripped me off for a few litres short of fuel ! They charged me €74 just for a few litres of petrol while I filled the tank fully the day before for €35 !!! I can not find a better word for them except thieves. Please avoid.

I liked Evelin's professionalism and the absence of hidden payments. The rental conditions are as clear as possible.

At first arriving at Naples station, it was not fun. The man at the front desk seemed new and almost lost our passports and identification. He came trough our reservation correctly but the experience could have been better. Returning the. At was better because of Antonio who carefully got to find us in a big storm in Bari station. He came to us and picked up the car and brought us back to safety in the storm. Thank you Antonio for your professionalism.
