Paid full insurance
The rental was for 10 days and we paid full insurance, upon returning the car we were told that we have to clean the car carpets. This was never asked by other car rentals. We were on holiday therefore we didn't have vacuum cleaner. What do you expect after 10 days the car will be clean?

Hiding the 59 minute tolerance
The car was great. However the people at the desk convinced me in paying 30 Euro extra for protection on supplementary time without telling me that there was a 59 minute tolerance.

Incorrect time and info
In general was good but the time showed when I got the car it was not the real time when I signed the tablet Also the representative told me 59min period grace and when I returned told me 30min grace. So I was worried to be charged an extra!
