Great service staff and good car
Great service staff at the counter, the car was good, we received a free upgrade. Everything was well organised. I especially liked that a staff member went through all the recorded damages with me when I picked it up at the lot.
What I did not like about the car, was that there was Apple CarPlay / AndroidAuto. It was possible to connect the phone via Bluetooth but the system was buggy, lost connection and/or froze when the USB was used for charging the phone, which is a hazard to car and passengers.

battered vehicle and paid extra!
Used LOCAUTO many times before. Always been fantastic however this time the car was awful and I had paid extra for a better group car! The car was a Citroen c3 so may as well paid for the cheapest fiat panda! The car itself was battered all over with dents etc and dirty. Power wise it wouldn’t pull the skin off a rice pudding and wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t an engine fault as it was very jerky pulling away. Shame but I doubt I will use locauto again after this experience. I expect a better quality and more safe feeling car than a battered vehicle. Sorry
