The price-quality ratio could have been a bit better. By that, I mean the overall cosmetic condition of the car.
For the rest a good experience. No long waiting at the desk thanks to the online check-in

Small accident and dealing with 2 parties… Economy Booking and Locauto although fully insured it just keeps going on … there is no communication between the parties a lesson is to deal directly with the rental company

Everything went quickly and smoothly
Everything went quickly and smoothly. After registering with Smart, the pickup took just 5 minutes without needing to visit the office. This time I even received a better car than the one I originally booked :)
