Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly — the car pickup and return, the online check-in, and especially wonderful was the fact that we were able to pick up the car right at landing in the morning, without having to wait 2 hours for the office to open. We will be back. Very satisfied, I recommend!

Everything was easy and smooth. Debit card is accepted. Thanks to the Smart check in I could step into the car in few minutes. The car was in perfect condition. I returned the car at late evening when the office was already closed. I had just to drop off the Kay at the kaybox and that s it. Really hig recommendet for the staff, the price and the easy buracrocy and the overalservice.

Excellent service
Excellent service. The car had been received very quickly. Formalization of documents took no more than 10 minutes. The biggest surprise was that the car model was exactly the same as the one shown in the picture when was ordering online.

Service was nice and prompt
Service was nice and prompt. There was no push to buy more expensive insurance or other extra cost. Car was ok, it was clean and in in good condition.

Quick, clear, and well-organized
We rented a car for 6 days with pick-up and return at the airport, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The whole process was quick, clear, and well-organized.
Communication was pleasant and easy both at the rental desk and during the car pick-up. When we arrived, the car was already prepared- clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable to drive.
A special thank you to Mario, who handed over the car. He was friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable before leaving.
Returning the car was just as simple, with no issues at all.
We definitely recommend this rental company and would happily rent from them again in the future!
