Renting a car in Italy was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional at every stage. The car was in excellent condition and performed perfectly throughout the entire rental period. A big plus for the extra benefits and the fact that there were absolutely no issues or hidden costs. Highly recommended – everything went smoothly and stress-free!

On arriving at the Locauto desk
On arriving at the Locauto desk, there was only one person dealing with customers, which was unfortunate as there was an issue with the customer and the front of the queue which then held up the rest of us behind him which meant that 6 families where then held up for an hour picking up their cars.
But on the flip side Locauto were excellent in retaining my GPS cable and holder and getting in back to me, thank you for that!
