Very nice personnel on Pisa airport
Very nice personnel on Pisa airport. The only thing missing was any kind of communication after the car was returned. We returned the car before the return station was opened so we only dropped the key in a box. Just a message that the car was received and ok without any new damages would have been nice.

Very pleasant communication at the desk, easy pick up, easy drop off. Everything went smoothly. Cars are in great condition, brand new basically. Would recommend it to everyone. No credit card needed, no deposit needed. Way to go!

Flawless Collection & Return
Had a late night flight to Pisa, arrived at car rental desk, the customer agent was polite, friendly & explained everything clearly & I was away in 5 minutes. They gave me an upgrade at no extra cost, so that was a bonus & car was a 2026 model.
Smooth process on returning the vehicle, customer agent checked the car etc, no issues. Overall great experience & will definitely use Locauto again

We have rented cars from Locauto at Pisa Airport three times now, and every experience has been excellent. The staff are always friendly, professional, and honest. The cars are clean, reliable, and well maintained, and we’ve never had any unexpected charges or unpleasant surprises.
Both the pick up and return processes are quick, smooth, and hassle free, making the whole experience very convenient.
After three great rentals, we can confidently say that Locauto is our first choice whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended!
