A bit from the airport, but ok walk. Smart check in did not work, but manual incheck was ok!

Everything was fine. Very comfortable fast check in (if you uploaded all the required stuff) Staff was very friendly and kind.

I suggest every customer to return the car in the opening hours! So you can investigate the car together. As for me, we had to return it before the opening hours, and you are responsible for it even when the car gets damaged in their parking lot!

Besides all that, the customer support was friendly and very fast.

Great car hire at Pisa airport with Locauto. Friendly staff (no hard sell of extras), handy location opposite the car hire building. Lovely new car tvdrive too.

Great and efficient service. Car delivered to my hotel on time by friendly and helpful staff. New car which fitted my needs exactly. Communication throughout the booking experience was strong. I would highly recommend.

Overall good experience - with the only downside from the walk from the terminal to the rental station, that could be a bit strenuous with heavy luggage

Nice people, who could speak a good english. The car was already pretty scratched, but it was not a problem for me.

Without any problems, very kind and helpful young lady at the desk, car very clean and in a great shape. Definately will come back again.

What I liked: They offer a fast "smart check-in" service, which you can conveniently fill out remotely a few days in advance. This significantly cut down the pickup time upon arrival. Also, the Locauto staff was friendly and explained everything clearly when we arrived to pick up the car. On top of that, we received a car upgrade because the category we booked wasn't available at the time!

The only downside: When I asked for the roadside assistance number in person, they said they would email it to me, but they never did. I even sent a follow-up email asking for it, but received no reply. Luckily, we didn't end up needing it.

Third time renting from Locauto and once again a pleasant experience, picked up the car at Bergamo Milano airport and delivered it to Pisa airport.
Travelling with two small dogs so I ordered BAU The Way, great for us travelling with pets.
Friendly staff and no problem whatsoever, so far the best car rental company I have used in Italy.
Please stay that way.

Easy check in and out, friendly and efficient staff, proximity to arrivals.

They are great people. It was easy to book a car. Guys working on the cars are great. In 5min everuthing was finished really fast service. I recommend them!!!
