Our experience was great
Our experience was great. Getting the car from the airport was easy and efficient. Returning the car at a different destination was simple thru a dropbox since the office was closed at that time. Overall, the car and rental experience was uneventful, which made it great.

Excellent Service
The employees at the Pisa Aeroporto was extremely kind and helpful - both inside at while doing all of the paperwork to get my car and at the booth to receive my car. The experience was very positive. I would definitively recommend be using them again. I had no issues, extra expenses and received exactly the car and the extras I requested.

Easy to find at the airport. Quick service at the desk and pick up spot. Had the car for 4 days. Nice, clean and perfect for our needs. Nothing negative to say about our experience.

Very nice personnel on Pisa airport. The only thing missing was any kind of communication after the car was returned. We returned the car before the return station was opened so we only dropped the key in a box. Just a message that the car was received and ok without any new damages would have been nice.

Flawless Collection & Return
Had a late night flight to Pisa, arrived at car rental desk, the customer agent was polite, friendly & explained everything clearly & I was away in 5 minutes. They gave me an upgrade at no extra cost, so that was a bonus & car was a 2026 model.
Smooth process on returning the vehicle, customer agent checked the car etc, no issues. Overall great experience & will definitely use Locauto again
