Excellent experience with the car rental! The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The service was professional, friendly, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a car. I would definitely rent from them again!

Everything is perfect

The assistant at Pisa airport was excellent. She was extremely helpful and spoke English.

However the drop off at Milan was challenging as we could not find the entrance. A map would be helpful, as we were unsure where we were going, we ended up going into the multi story car park and then having to pay 10 euros to exit.

Very disappointing experience with Locauto. We booked a car through DiscoverCars, including insurance, but when we arrived at the airport, the staff refused to accept our insurance simply because it had not been purchased directly through Locauto.

The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing the car we had booked, they tried to push us into upgrading to a more expensive vehicle and attempted to sell us an insurance package costing an outrageous €1,800 for just three days.

We felt pressured rather than helped. This experience left us with the impression that the company was more interested in selling overpriced extras than providing the service we had booked.

I would not recommend Locauto based on this experience. Be very careful when booking through a third-party website, and make sure you fully understand the insurance and deposit requirements before arriving at the counter.

fast and uncomplicated process. The rented car was in perfect condition. Also the car return was very smooth. Very kind staff.

Quick and efficient Pickup and return. Friendly people. A bit pricy, but would use them again for sure.

Guys were great. Gave me a couple of options to upgrade which I was very happy with.

Also forgot a backpack in the car and they responded right away to advise they have secured it for me.

The process was seamless, fast pick-up, fast drop-off, good communication, everything was transparent, the company didn't try to penny pinch me, I was also offered a good deal on gas.

Dropping the car off at a different airport went smoothly, with a quick inspection and assessment. I recommend this car rental company.
