Everything was on the highest level. At the beginning I Got a car with broken light. After noticing that I Got another car bigger in higher class without any extra costs. It is my second time when I rent a car in Locauto. I do recommend that company.

Ok overall, but misleading email comunication
The pickup was ok, about 20 mins and also got a better car. The drop off cost me extra 3 euros, because I went to the parking that was in the drop off instructions just to call the support and find out that it is different parking.

Very pleasant experience
Very pleasant experience with Locauto in Rimini. I had the "don't worry" protection because I know how easy it is for someone to scratch you in a parking lot in Italy and it's not worth the risk. The deposit was 1 cent. Even got a free upgrade. Next time on my trip in Italy I will rent with them again.
