Ok overall, but misleading email comunication
The pickup was ok, about 20 mins and also got a better car. The drop off cost me extra 3 euros, because I went to the parking that was in the drop off instructions just to call the support and find out that it is different parking.

Very pleasant experience
Very pleasant experience with Locauto in Rimini. I had the "don't worry" protection because I know how easy it is for someone to scratch you in a parking lot in Italy and it's not worth the risk. The deposit was 1 cent. Even got a free upgrade. Next time on my trip in Italy I will rent with them again.

This was my first time renting a car from Locauto. The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite, providing very clear information without pushing me to buy full protection (I already had coverage from Rentalcars). I received a better car than I had ordered for the same price. The car damage check was quick and accurate. Car return was very smooth and quick also at Bergamo airport.

Experience was great
Experience was great, cars were in good shape, interiors clean, low milage, economical, company workers are very helpful, especially one guy, can't remember his name, but i can't thank him enough for helping us in a very unfortunate situation with car keys for no charge! Highly reccomend this company if you want to rent a car in Rimini, no one other but Locauto will help you with answers and great cars!
