Everything fast and clear

Very good service and attendant so polite

Everything was as booked, timing was respected for both pick-up and return. We took the car near the city Centre, via Sardegna, and returned in Fiumicino. All perfect.

the company was able to accommodate my request on such notice and took care of all the arrangements....including picking the car up at my hotel when the trip was done.

The vehicle was excellent, the process of pickup was kind of messy, but ok.
The person at the office only speak in italian, and the communication was difficult, but worked. The parking lot where we found the vehicle was about 3 blocks from the office, and carrying bags was not funny.

the ofice in Rome, is not a good location, we had to walk a kilometer to get the rental car, with a lot of difficulties to return to the office to get our lugages.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR SIMPLE AND STANDRAD RENT AND RETURN WAY. IF CAN SEND THE RETURN CAR OFFICE CONTRACT PEOPLE WHATSAPP WILL BE PREFECT AS WHEN RETURN THE CAR IS A LITTLE DIFFICULT FIND RIGHT PLACE.

Very pleasant and courteous representative when renting vehicle. Spoke English which was very helpful with my limited Italian. Went to pickup car service rep was very courteous and helpful. Would recommend them and use them again.

Rental in Rome. Via sardegna. I was happy to find a car the day i walked in - rentes for 30 days. walked to the parking which is fine - I did mention 65.000 km were a little too much but worked ok anyways.
I was charged 86 euros cause a third of the gas was missing. I thought that was a bit too much.
Locauto always a great company

However I do think the sardegna - Olbia AirPort Experience is more positive overall than rome.

The customer service and the car rental was amazing except when we dropped off the car in Florence the person we dealt was terrible. We explained that we had filled the gas full and took pictures of the dashboard- she would not believe. coming from North America and not familiar with the language or roads made it difficult.

Worked well, reasonable price.

I like the way of the receptionist who gave me great welcomes.

Everything was great.
They could improve the assistance for people who rent child seats, since while I understand that the responsibility for installing them lies with the user, they could provide information on how to install them, and not leave the customer completely alone.

Staff were v friendly, esp at drop-off - also when discussing next rental (today!)

This rent went very well from the beginning and during the vacation.
However, the Malpensa return wad somewhat chaotic with a rude staff.

The condition of the provided vehicle is quite good, and the service at the counter was also very good, with clear communication and explanations. There was no forced sale of insurance.

I was charged for the insurance policies which I never asked to buy, without my knowledge and consent. I only wanted the car and body protection coverage for my rental. But the girl at the counter billed for Theft Protection and Collision Damage Waiver without my consent. This was noticed by me when I returned the vehicle as they don’t issue any bills at the point of the first transaction. Misleading and inappropriate behavior for such a company.
