We booked the car to return tat 8:30pm however the person at the rental car mistakenly put to return in the morning and the had to pay the fine for that
The people at the airport counter were not friendly at all

Everything worked. Better instructions for the drop-off would have gotten 5 stars

I made a reservation for a small SUV (type VW T-Roc) and instead I got a VW Diesel Golf. The clerk insisted that it was a similar sized car, which at the end I was really grateful for the car performance and gas consumption. I drove through small town with small streets, and the car was perfect. The only issue was the trunk space, we struggled to fit our luggage. The staff at the return point was very friendly. I took the "don't worry insurance", I think it is worth it since you drive and park in small and confined areas, and Italy is well known for the kind of drivers they have.
The car was new, clean and had nice modern features to make our 30 day trip a breeze. The only complaint was the dirt on the windshield and wipers, I had a few days with rain driving at night, and it made life hard.

Locauto rent service was the best option to have. The company provided a good car (higher class than I requested and payed for) for a very comfortable price. They provide a high service during pick up and drop off also. I didn't have to worry about the time of arrival as long as they have an hour tolerance for the clients to arrive. Rent-a-car for the clients <3

Wish the clerk at pick up point tell me more about drop off at Termini (after I had found entry way everything went perfect)

The pick up location was very near to the hotel I was staying in. During the pick up I have received a suitable car and everything was explained clearly to me. Drop off was fast & easy which took less than a minute. Well done all and thank you for your services.
