When I checked out I asked the agent to verify existence of tools. She was in a hurry so she showed me the spare tire with the jack and said everything else is there. Unfortunately I had a puncture on the way and when I wanted to lift the car I noticed that there is no wrench. Luckily the hotel reception made the parking garage reach me and help me. Evidently I had to pay them 50 Euros.

I was visiting friends in Rome then was visiting my family 4 1/2 hours south. Between the bus and trains it made more sense to rent a car. Sabrina was absolutly amazing. She was helpful and honest about the price and there weere no surprises when I returnedd the vehicle. Thank you Sabrina!

This is the second time we have used this location of Locauto and both experiences were great. The staff are efficient and professional. Will continue to come back.

The best car rental company in Italy! Rented a car on Rome with $0.01 deposit. Credit card was required but they also offer security deposits in cash and debit cards which is convenient. One way rental option is great, with only €80 one way rental fee. For €8 you can sign up for a roadside assistance. Other rental companies are either ridiculously expensive or have hidden fees.

Convenient, clear and fast service. The employees do not waste extra time when issuing the car. Minus one point (total 4) because at first they offered a car with serious damage to the rubber on one of the wheels and there was no spare wheel in the car. After my surprise, they very quickly offered a replacement car.

I was never told of the coverage being added to my contract. I did not require this coverage but in the end was charged an extra 170euro. This only came to light when I returned the car. The agent should be clear about this at the outset rather than deceiving a customer.
So now your response is that you always inform your customers of the insurance options available. That’s the essence of my complaint. Your agent did not do that. She did not mention additional coverage yet she up-charged me the additional 170 euros. Your response that you always inform the customer is terribly weak and unsatisfactory.

New car made the experience great as well as the fast rental service.
The drop off, however, was not as smooth since we were not told it was the Roma Termini and we were looking for a Locauto sign and there was confusion.

My experience with location was above average. Attention was very fast and simple at the rental place. Cars were it great conditions. I was a bit scared about what I read but none of the happened. If I come back to Italy, I would choose location
