I rented the car in Termoli and the agent was very helpful. The office was lacking the in cars but the agent made it happen so that I can have a car.

Very friendly service and staff

We rented a car from Locauto in Naples and due to a flat tire in Termoli that could not be changed because of a wrong rim lock in the car, we called the office in Termoli. The Employee there was not able or willing to speak a word in English. We showed him the problem with the rim lock and he sent us to a garage, that also could not change the tire, because of the unfitting lock. The hotline for the road assistance was over half an hour not available - only answering-machines – and we thought, he might help us, to replace a car or get a deliverance of another car. But he was not interested, to help and we had the impression, he just wanted us to leave. He said, he can do nothing, because he has no car. Maybe he also has no contact to the headoffice... We left the car at his office and had to rent another car at a different company. Now, 5 weeks later we still have no refund or any response at our mail from locauto.

Simple efficient service without any hard sell. Of course we had all of our necessary documentation ready for the pickup. Representative made sure we knew how to operate the car and showed us the existing scratches. No problems with the car at all. We made sure it was refueled so the drop off was also quick and easy. They also offered to look after our luggage for a couple of hours prior to the departure time of our bus giving us the chance to look around Termoli. Thanks guys!

Overall everything was good. The online interface is somewhat challenging for non-Italian speakers as the language adjustments are not consistent across a given page, and certainly not from page to page. Thus it is difficult to know if you truly have a reservation or not. There was no fluid in the windshield washer, had to fill the tank myself.

Everything was excellent. The staff attention and the co dition of the car. Thanks a lot.

No waiting on pick up or return; friendly service. We had no problems so didn't have to test any other systems.
