I rented a car for a day. It was care free. They didn't pursue me for buying insurance and the deposit was 1 cent.

I booked the car through the company’s…
I booked the car through the company’s website while I was at the hotel.
The next day, when I went to pick it up, I made the mistake of following the address for the parking area instead of the correct pickup location at the offices.
The gentleman who cleans and checks the cars helped me and took me to the right place where I should have gone from the beginning.
A big thank you to him, as well as to the staff at the offices, because otherwise I would have gotten lost—it was my first time in Italy.
I would highly recommend them.
