Extremely poor and irresponsible…
Extremely poor and irresponsible experience. I was given a vehicle equipped with summer tires with only about 3 mm of tread, in winter conditions, at a temperature of -11°C. On top of that, the car had summer windshield washer fluid, which is completely unsuitable for freezing temperatures.
Because of this, I nearly had three serious accidents. The car was unstable, braking felt unsafe, and visibility was compromised as the washer fluid froze on the windshield.
This is not just bad service — it is a serious safety issue that puts the driver and other road users at risk. A car rental company should meet basic safety standards, and in this case, they clearly failed.
I do not recommend this company and will not use their services again.

The car was clean in good situation and ready on time. The staff was polite and helpful in Treviso airport and Rome Fiumicino. There weren't any hidden charges

I rented a small car and received a brand new Peugeot 208. The car was very good, and I drove about 3000 km with no issues.

This was the worst car rental…
This was the worst car rental experience ever.
I picked up the car at Venice Airport.
I booked through Booking.com with FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE. The car was handed over in about 40 minutes. I simply waited for someone in the office. When handing over the car, the employee said all the defects were recorded in the system. I didn't double-check this or take photos, as I had purchased full insurance coverage. The car itself was scratched all over, and the interior was completely dirty and stained. I returned the car at Bergamo Airport, which was what I had originally indicated when booking. Upon returning the car, the employee began a detailed inspection and found some scratches on one wheel and elsewhere that were supposedly not recorded in the system. I wrote a statement explaining that I had full insurance and that I was given a car like this. A couple of minutes later, I received a bill demanding an additional €80 for the car being dropped off at the wrong location. This is fraudulent!!! Then I received another letter saying I had to pay over €850 for repairs. Even though I didn't damage anything!!! Thank you! Your service is the worst.
