My experience with Locauto was very good. The car was in excellent condition and the rental process went smoothly without any major issues.
During the return, a detailed inspection was carried out and some very minor scratches were noted, which raised a small question for me regarding what exactly is covered by the full insurance.
Overall, I was satisfied and would choose the company again.

The car we received another car
The car we received (an Audi 3) was not what we ordered (TRoc), which meant we had insufficient luggage space. It was a nice car to drive, though. There was some initial unrest: a problem with the oil level, but ultimately it turned out okay.

Always good experience, but this time with some glitches
In general, we always had a very good experience, just this time there were some glitches and therefore just 4 starts.
The first issue was, that the smart check-in was so far working, but after successful completion, the system returned with 'No data available' and we had to join the queue at arrival.
The second issue was, that there was nearly no windshield wiper fluid filled.

Online check-in went fine. A bit of rush from the personnel during the car pick-up - why hurry to sign the paper before I review the car? (actually found an undocumented defect). But all in all it was ok. Even though the car was fresh (2-3k km) the coolant (antifreeze) level was below min - had to fulfill myself during the trip. Thankfully no issues during drop off. I got compensated for the coolant and got no extra fees.
