Car hire from Locauto
Really good service from the lady we dealt with, only gripe was not getting the car we booked for fitting 3 large suitcases and 4 passengers ended up being supplied a car that could only fit 2 suitcases and only just fitted with a bit of persuasion, luckily had another vehicle in the party to take the other suitcase.

Smooth rental
It was very easy to rent a car! They also accepted my debit card as I forgot my credit card at home. The car Skoda was very good and clean. We had no issues at all. On return, we just parked the car, dropped the key in the letter box and that was it.
All you need is to fill the gas tank to full on return.

From start to finish the service we received was excellent. The booking process was easy, collection was smooth, the car was fine for what we needed - It was slightly smaller than what we had requested but it was ok. The staff were friendly and could speak good English which helps .

we waited more than an hour to get the car.

also, when we returned the car, i had to look for a parking space by myself. i parked in the "wrong" place and had to do it again, look for a spot for the car. it's not my job! it was annpying and took me about 30 minuts.
beside that, the car was great.

The car was great
The car was great, the lady at collection was very helpful and everything was fine. A few days after drop off at Bergamo, I was provided with a bill of 184 euro for damages. We did not damage the car during the hire and it was signed off with their agent at drop off. I have emailed to explain that no evidence or information has been provided for the charge and there has been no response, just continued invoices being sent to my email.

The experience of renting a car
The condition of the car is good. The experience of driving is great. On 30/7, we arrived at the service counter about 11 : 00am to pickup the car but the staff told us that our pickup time is 12 : 00 nn. So we needed to wait for one hour. I think that Locauto Group may prepare the car for clients in advance two hours.
